Instead of 70% being on-the-job development, our simulations and assessments allow participants to put theory to practice in a controlled and safe environment.

What we do
We utilize our own simulations and assessments for a truly unique experience. Our solutions are used worldwide in both academic and corporate settings. Along with being simulation experts, our delivery consultants are certified in the Hogan and MBTI assessments, allowing us to conduct those assessments or interpret prior results and integrate the data into our programs.
